Before You Order:

1. Prohibited Products:

o Some products are prohibited from import in our country, and customs will not clear these products. We advise our users not to order such products. Here are a few examples, but we recommend researching more online:

  • Walkie-Talkie Set

  • Seeds
  • Electric Cigarette/Vape
  • Battery, Power Bank
  • Heavyweight Product
  • Sexual Products

If you order sexual products, you may not receive a refund, as foreign vendors/suppliers/sellers do not provide refunds for these items. We will not place the order for these products, and if an order is mistakenly placed, we will not be responsible for customs clearance.

2. Refunds:

o For refund-related issues, we will follow the judgment of foreign vendors/suppliers/sellers

3. Payment:

o We pay the full amount in advance to foreign vendors/suppliers/sellers. Therefore, we require full payment before placing the order. We will not process the order until payment is confirmed. Partial payment is not an option.

Order Process:

1. Placing Orders:

o Orders are placed manually and typically take 24 to 48 hours to process. In some cases, it may take longer due to critical issues.

2. Special Conditions:

o For short-term offers, if the offer period has expired and the price has increased beyond the original price, we will not place the order. We also do not order:

  • Illegal Products
  • Products with a high tax possibility
  • Products requiring private shipping (like DHL, DPEX, Aramex, etc.)
  • Products with mismatched color/size
3. Product Availability:

o We do not keep any products in stock. We only purchase and import the products ordered by you from the supplier in the respective country.

4. Payment Terms:

o We do not accept any orders without a 100% advance payment.

5. Product Weight and Shipping:

o The weight of the products mentioned on our site is based on the information provided by the seller and may not be 100% accurate. The actual weight of the product will determine the shipping and customs charges. These charges are calculated after the product arrives and are not shown with the product price.

6. Delivery Time:

o It takes 12 to 24 days for commercial products to arrive at our warehouse by air and 45 to 60 days by ship from the date they reach the warehouse.

7. Local Charges:

o Local courier/transport charges are not included in the product price.

8. Return and Refund Policy:

o If an air-shipped product exceeds 40 days and a sea-shipped product exceeds 90 days, a refund will be given under certain conditions. Refunds cannot be applied for before the 40/90-day period.

9. Prohibited Orders:

o Products prohibited by customs cannot be ordered. If someone orders directly, the order will be canceled, and a 2.50% gateway charge will be deducted from your payment before refunding the rest.

10. Multiple Suppliers:

o If the ordered products come from multiple suppliers or include different items, not all items may arrive together. If you wish to take partial delivery before the given timeframe, you must pay the full outstanding amount of that order. For the remaining products, you can pay the courier/customs/transport charges when they arrive.

Tax-related Discussion:

1. Tax Payment:

o After the merchandise arrives, we will add the tax amount to the invoice and notify you via email. You must pay this before the delivery process.

2. Why zDrop Pays Taxes:

o Taxes must be paid immediately after the products reach customs, which does not hold the merchandise for more than 24 hours. We pay the tax to ensure timely receipt of the products. Customers cannot pay the tax directly, as foreign vendors/suppliers/sellers ship the products to our address.

3. Tax Receipt:

o zDrop will not provide the main copy of the tax receipt due to business clearance policies. However, you can request a picture or a photocopy of the receipt if needed.

4. Tax Estimation:

o It is difficult to estimate the tax amount for all products (e.g., mobile phones, smartwatches, heavyweight products, shoes, etc.). However, we try to provide an approximate idea. You need to pay the amount charged by the customs authority during the clearance process.

5. No Tax Cost During Order Process:

o We do not include tax costs during the order process. We ask our users to pay the tax amount upon receiving notice from the Post Office. We are obliged to pay whatever the customs authority charges for clearance.

Return & Refund Policy

Our products come through various local couriers, by air, and by sea from different countries. Additionally, customs and the Department of Customs and Duties inspect the products by removing them from the cartons, which may cause damage. In such cases, we handle customer complaints with the utmost importance and try to resolve any issues quickly.

Cases Where Refunds Are Provided:
  • Damage or Breakage: If the product is damaged or broken, a claim with pictures must be made within 36 hours of receiving the product.
  • Mismatch: If the received product does not match the product shown on the site.
  • Size and Color: If the size and color do not match what you ordered. However, a 5%-10% color variation due to lighting and resolution differences will not be considered a color discrepancy.
  • No Warranty: No warranty is provided for electronic products.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
  • Incorrect Address: If the product is not delivered due to an incorrect address.
  • Preference Change: If the product is not liked after arrival at the Bangladesh warehouse or if it is no longer needed.
  • Customs Inspection: If customs and the Department of Customs and Duties inspect the product by removing it from the carton.
  • Supplier's Warehouse Delivery: If the product is delivered from the supplier's warehouse, it cannot be returned. If you wish to return the product while it is in our warehouse, the cost of sending the product back to the supplier and the supplier's shipment cost must be paid.
  • Timeframe for Refunds: If an air-shipped product exceeds 40 days and a sea-shipped product exceeds 90 days, a refund will be provided under certain conditions.
